Boletus pseudosensibilis?
I found this young one on 8/3/06.  It had a 2" cap.

The cap was a bit redder then in an older mushroom but there is still that peach colored look.

In this side view you can see the blue bruises on the cap and stem.

If you could reach the pores they too would bruise blue.

In this sectional view you see the how deep blue this section turned the instant it was cut.

On the left you see a drop of ammonia.  There was some blue around the drop.  When I applied the ammonia to the blue flesh all it did was bleach out the blue color.  There was better luck with KOH.  It produced a brown spot on stem and pores.  Note the thin pore layer as in the Bicolor.
