Pissed off Wild Turkey

This mama wild turkey was not pleased with me as I surprised
her with her new batch of a dozen or so chicks. Notice her feathers?
Her chicks looked like they just hatched today. They
were so small that it was hard to spot them in the weeds. I just snapped a
bunch of pictures hoping they would pop up in one of them. Here is the
best I got.

Here is a last years Ganoderma. It is the kind that
starts off growing into a multicolored stick of a stem then adds an off-center
cap.
