This house is on S. Quinsigamond Ave., just about a half a mile from where I live. The lawn looks like it has not seen any fertilizer for quite a few years. The grass is sparse. The mushrooms look healthier than the grass. Here are some of the mushrooms I found on that lawn.
The best was several patches of what looks
to me to be Hygrophorus Milky.
The cap appeared distorted from normal
shape.
